From the Assistant Principal - Term 1, Week 8, 2019

School Attendance
Students are expected to attend school each day except when ill. When a student is absent, Government regulations require parents to provide written explanation of the absence to the school within seven days. Verbal advice to the school must be followed by a written note. Please be aware that where no written explanation has been received within seven days the absence will appear as unexplained on the student’s school reports.

Parents may provide explanation by one of the following:

  • Through Edumate – provide reason for absence on your child’s attendance record.
  • Written note to the teacher/school office.
  • Email to the relevant school office.

Winter School Uniform
Students wear the Winter School Uniform during Terms 2 and 3. Please check now your child’s uniform needs for the winter months. Senior School students are required to wear their School Blazer to and from school each day as their outer garment as part of the Winter Uniform.
