Celebrating 41 Years

Jesus loves me 41 yearsMay 21 1979 was a special day for Pacific Hills (or Pennant Hills Christian School as it was known back then) when it opened its doors for the first time to one teacher and eight students. From a seed thought, turned into reality by John and Robyn Odell, the School has grown to more than 1400 students on an expansive site at Dural which includes the “sister school”, New Hope School.

Looking back over those 41 years we are mindful of the abundant blessings we have received from the Lord. As a Christ-centred community, we are here to glorify God and He has been so generous to our School. We are very thankful. We began 2020 with the theme of Perseverance and the key scripture from James 1:4 – “Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything” – not knowing just how relevant that would become as we entered the coronavirus pandemic season.

We are thankful that God has been protecting our staff and families at this time and we pray for his safety to continue.
