White Elephant

Call it a garage sale, call it trash and treasure, our White Elephant stall is the place to visit during the Fair to secure a bargain.

If you have any pre-loved toys, games, puzzles, homewares, sporting goods, music, movies, haberdashery, jewellery, bags, clothes, shoes, electricals and furniture in unbroken, clean and working order that are cluttering your home, you can bring them into the school between now and the Fair.

Goods may be left at reception until 3:45 PM any day until the Fair. Additionally, goods may be taken directly to the MPC between 4 and 6:30 PM on Thursday, 20th September and any time until 6:30 PM on Friday, 21st September.

Second-Hand Books

For the lovers of books still printed on paper...

We'd love donations to our very popular Second-Hand Books stall. The best items include quality children books, hard-cover novels, coffee-table books, literature classics, modern Christian books and very old novels.

Books, preferably in sturdy boxes to make life easier for staff and volunteers, may be left at reception until 3:45 PM any day until the Fair. Additionally, books may be taken directly to the MPC between 4 and 6:30 PM on Thursday, 20th September and any time until 6:30 PM on Friday, 21st September.

Note: Please avoid damaged, damp, mildewed books and we won't be accepting encyclopaedias, magazines or inappropriate books.

Garden Club

Something for the garden perhaps?

If you have an abundance of potted plants or succulents and would like to donate them to the Garden Club stall, please bring them into the Junior School office during school hours any time until the fair.

Volunteering

Our Fair is built upon the willingness and efforts of volunteers. Be a part of this amazing community!

Coming to the Fair and can spare an hour or two to help out and maybe meet some other parents along the way? Class Representatives, teachers, the school offices and individual stallholders are sending out requests for volunteers but if you don't receive any of those and would like to join in, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will find somewhere for you.

In particular, if you can help with set-up (9 - 10:00 AM) or pack-up (3 - 4:00 PM) lots of stalls will need assistance carrying tables and setting up gazebos.

Ride Wristbands

Buy a wristband to enjoy the carnival rides all day!

Ride wristbands are available to pre-purchase online for the discounted price of $26 each until 3 PM Friday, 21st September. After that, wristbands can be bought at the Fair for $30 each and single-ride tickets will cost $5 each.

Pre-purchased wristbands can be collected on the day.
