School Fees
Pacific Hills is committed to making a quality Christian education available to as many students as possible in our community. We are aware that for many families, school fees can be a significant investment. For this reason, we provide substantial sibling discounts to assist families and we also offer significant ministry concessions for families in full time ministry. To help lighten the load, a direct debit system is available to spread payments equally across the school year.
While we realise some families experience short term financial hardship, we do not want this to be the primary reason for students being unable to attend or remain at Pacific Hills. For this reason, Pacific Hills are pleased to be able to allocate a limited amount of funds in our budget to provide assistance with fees to those in need. The Registrar or Bursar can provide more information.

Notes & Conditions
- Annual tuition fees are invoiced over four terms for Prep to Year 11, and over the first three terms for Year 12.
- Tuition fees are all inclusive, with the exception of overnight camps, TVET course fees and Open High School. These costs will be charged to your next fee statement as incurred and may be subject to GST. Stationery, textbooks and uniforms are the families’ responsibility.
- Please pay the balance owing on your fee statement by the end of the first week of term, unless you have joined the Direct Debit program or have a payment plan agreed to by the School. An administration fee (currently $30 incl. GST) per month will be charged until overdue fees are paid in full, or a payment plan is in place.
- A dishonour fee (currently $30 incl. GST) will be charged per dishonoured payment.
- Receipts will be issued for all cash payments. Please ensure a receipt is obtained at the time of payment. We do not hold cash and cannot guarantee issuing on-the-spot change. School receipts are not normally issued for other methods of payment.
- The replacement cost of damaged and unreturned library books and other School resources will be charged to your next fee statement.
- The School normally gives a term’s notice for any tuition fee variations, but reserves the right to alter these fees and other charges without prior notice, and to charge additional fees not listed in this schedule on rare occasions.
- In the event that fees are not paid and legal proceedings are deemed necessary by the School to recover outstanding fees, all recovery costs incurred will be added to the total amount outstanding.
- If students are being withdrawn from the School, one term’s written notice to the Principal is required. Failure to provide a full term’s notice will result in one term’s fees being charged in lieu of notice.
- Donations to the Building Fund (approved PAR/DGR 019378) and Library Fund (approved PAR/DGR 019383) are tax deductible and will be gratefully received.
- The School does not hold accident insurance for students. If you have any questions about such insurance, please contact the Bursar on (02) 9651 2733.
Note for Overseas Students: Please request a copy of the Conditions for Overseas Students, which vary slightly from the above.
